  • What is the return policy? 
    We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
    To start a return, you can contact us at shop@westgaltbaby.com.  We’ll send you  instructions on how and where to send your package. You can always contact us for any return question at shop@westgaltbaby.com.
  • What are the shipping options?

    Shipping is through Canada Post.  All orders are processed within one to three business days (not counting weekends or Canadian and U.S. holidays).  We offer shipping to Canada and the United States for a flat fee of $11.95.   Shipping to the United Kingdom is a flat fee of $18.95.  We can ship via UPS or FedEx for a fee.  Please contact us should you prefer your shipment through either of these options.

    You will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number once your item ships. West Galt Baby Gifts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to international shipments.  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).  Please check with your country's policies for accurate information.

  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
    If you need to make changes to an order you've just placed, please contact us at shop@westgaltbaby.com and we will do our best to work with you on the changes.

  • Where are you located?
    West Galt Baby Gifts is an online company based in the historic West Galt section of Cambridge, Ontario, Canada.

  • How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?
    If you have questions or concerns that aren't answered here, you can contact us via email at shop@westgaltbaby.com and we will be happy to help you.

  • How does Gift This Item work?
    You can gift an item from our website to anyone.  Just click on the "Gift This Item" tab and follow the instructions.  You'll need the recipient's email address and shipping address.  You will be able to write your own message to the recipient too.  Once you purchase the item, the recipient you listed will receive a surprise email notifying them of the gift and we will ship the item right to them!

  • How do Gift Cards work?
    Purchase one of our gift cards in a selected dollar amount.  An email showing the gift card along with the gift code will be sent to you to forward to the recipient.  They can then shop on our website and use the gift card by entering the gift code at checkout.  Gift cards don't expire and can be used until a $0 amount is reached.  Gift cards are not reloadable.
